I have decided today is going to be a day where I get on with my own work - I'm not going to do favours for other people (unless they are in my management chain I guess), I'm not going to get distracted, I'm just going to work on my poster for the conference in September. I've put on The Who's Tommy and I'm just going to emerse myself and be antisocial.

It's going to be wonderful if I can pull it off :)
